Back to normal again….
August 23rd, 2011We’re pleased to say we’ve now caught up with all the work we had in last week. The team have been in on overtime for the last week or so and we’re now completely back to normal.
Most orders for frames and mounts will be dispatched within 7 days. (Most web orders are dispatched in a day or two).
Many thanks for bearing with us during this busy time.
Busy, Busy, Busy….
August 17th, 2011We’re incredibly busy at the moment, most orders are still completed within our usual 7 days but for our larger wholesale customers please bear with us a little as we are experiencing unprecedented demand for our frames. (We must be doing something right to be this busy at this time of year!!) Thanks a lot!
Summer Closure
August 1st, 2011Please note: We are closed this week.
We are closed for our annual summer shutdown this week (w/c 1st August) – We will reopen as normal on the 8th August.

Our Cirencester retail shop is open as usual.
Bristol City FC New Shirts
July 29th, 2011This seasons new shirts are in….a few of us here are fans of the mighty City and are pleased with how this frame in particular turned out. We do all the framing for BCFC and they recently asked us to come up with a frame design that could incorporate both the home and away shirts.
I think you’ll agree that they look really nice in this new ‘double frame’.
(apologies for the poor photo’s – these were taken with my phone!)
Summer Shutdown
July 22nd, 2011Please note: Our factory/showroom in Cam will be closed for 5 days on the week commencing August 1st. Please ensure you order early enough to avoid disappointment. Our retail shop in Cirencester will still be open throughout but all bespoke framing orders will be on a 7-14 day turnaround.
12″ x 8″, 10″ x 7″ and 9″ x 6″ Frames
July 19th, 2011All our new sized frames are now available to buy online. We have 12″ x 8″ Frames, 10″ x 7″ Frames and 9″ x 6″ Frames all available to buy online at our great trade prices.
After receiving a lot of requests for these more unusual sizes, we’ve decided to give them a trial run and see how well they sell. The initial response has been fantastic, there really aren’t many framers making standard photo frames in these sizes.
Square Frames
July 15th, 2011Our new range of square photo frames can now be purchased online.
Click here (or choose the Square Frames category from the drop down menu above) to view all our new square frames.
If you are looking to buy a quantity of square frames in any size, or perhaps in a different moulding to what we have here then please do get in touch with us via our contact page.
Rugby Shirt Framing
July 14th, 2011We frame a lot of shirts, we frame for a number of local football and rugby clubs (including Gloucester Rugby Club and Bristol City FC) and probably do an average of 10-15 shirts a week.
We had a more unusual request in our Cirencester shop a couple of weeks back, a customer brought in an England Rugby shirt signed by all of the team from the 2003 World Cup apart from Jonny Wilkinson. Our customer had written to Mr Wilkinson and he kindly sent back a signed photo of the winning kick.
Therefore we had to incorporate the photo and the shirt without the frame becoming too big (it was always gong to be pretty big as it was an XL shirt!)
We cut an extra aperture in the front slip mount to hold the photo
I think you’ll agree the overall framed item looks fantastic, our customer was happy and so were we!
New Ready Made Frame Sizes
June 20th, 2011Our range of ready made frames is growing!
Soon we will be adding to our range of wooden frames with some new sizes.
***UPDATE – You can view the new range of frames by clicking here – ***
Over the last few years we’ve noticed a steady increase in our retail shop for some of the more unusual sizes for photo’s. Photo Sizes such as 9″ x 6″, 10″ x 7“, 14″ x 10” etc. – As we are manufacturers it is easy for us to make frames to any size (so long as the demand is there). We will soon be trialling these new sizes in our most popular mouldings.
If you are having trouble finding frames for an unusual sized photo then let us know what size you’re looking for. If we get enough feedback we will consider expanding the size range even further.
Many thanks
New Picture Framing Saw
May 17th, 2011Due to recent expansion and our ongoing commitment to quality, we’ve recently invested in the latest top of the range saw from Cassese. We’ve had the saw installed and working for 4 days now and we’re very pleased with the results, capable of 800 cuts per hour (equates to 200 frames per hour) we can easily cope with the spikes in demand we saw last Christmas.
We already have one saw and this will continue to be used (there’s nothing wrong with it) along with our foot operated morso (which for speed really can’t be beaten according to Ayrton our framing ‘guru’)
As soon as we get a minute we’ll take some pics and post them here.
