Was asked a little while ago if we could cut a multiple aperture mount for a wedding table plan. Not a problem we thought, it's just a normal multi aperture frame that we make every day. However....

Our customers wanted something a little different

This couple originally met in New Zealand and each table was to be named after a major town/city in NZ. What they really wanted was the main aperture in the middle to be the outline of a map of New Zealand!

Never ones to shy away from a challenge, we said we'd see what we could do. After a bit of playing around in CorelDraw and a few attempts we'd managed to cut a perfect aperture of the outline of the coast of New Zealand.

Needless to say the results are impressive, the couple were over the moon with it and since the wedding have filled each of the apertures with photo's of their special day.

Have a look at the photographs below and remember we can cut virtually any shape using our computerised mount cutter. The frame they picked is our 2" Solid Oak frame and looks absolutely stunning with the brown double mount.
