Terms & Conditions

Delivery Terms

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 7 days from receipt of order. All parcels are sent out via FedEx and can be tracked using their UK website (details of tracking your parcel will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched).

Most orders are actually sent out within 2-3 days, if you require your frames sent out quicker than this then please contact us and we'll see what we can do (We can't promise, but we'll always try our best to help!)

Delivery to UK Mainland addresses are charged at £9.95 per consignment - for overseas deliveries and/or deliveries to UK Channel Islands please contact us for a quote.

We reserve the right to change these delivery prices if the need should arise - you will be informed of any changes to delivery charges before any payment is taken.

Damages, Returns and Cancellations

We take great care in packing our frames for delivery and try our hardest to ensure your frames reach you in the pefect condition they leave us. Unfortunately from time to time we know that breakages and damages do occur in transit and where this happens we will do our utmost to rectify things.

Our damages, returns and cancellations policy is set in accordance with the OFT's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and other key regulations.

Custom Made Frames

The vast majority of our wooden frames for sale on this web site fall into this category, including all wooden picture frames (excluding Ornate Swept Frames) and mounts. Note that any product referred to as being in a "standard size" does not mean it is ready-made or off-the-shelf. We are a custom photo frame manufacturer and all sizes are made to order.

Where bespoke goods have been supplied correctly, we are not able to offer any exchanges or refunds.

Where an order for a bespoke product has entered production and work has commenced, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Ready-made Products

A few of the products on our website are 'off-the-shelf' such as the ornate swept frames, Silver Plated Photo Frames and Picture Frame Accessories.

You have a 7-day cooling off period from date of receipt of your order in which to decide if you wish to keep the goods. If you do decide to return the goods you must do so at your own expense and in the original packaging. If the goods are received here in a re-saleable condition we will refund your credit card the value of the product(s) MINUS the delivery charges from us to you (if any) within 30 days.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your goods are damaged in-transit or faulty, please notify us within 3 days. Please keep all the packaging material until you are satisfied with the goods, and we will arrange to have the item(s) returned at our expense. If the frame is undamaged and it is just the glass that is damaged we reserve the right to send you replacement safety glass as an alternative to glass.

All prices on the website are subject to VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to change/update our prices at any time.
