Delivery Information
We know the importance of choosing a good delivery company. We now use Royal Mail for ALL of our deliveries to customers.
Over the years we've struggled to send frames by post, but after lots of practice with various types of packaging and various couriers we're pretty confident we've got it nailed at last!
Deliveries cost just £3.95 per order (48 Hour Delivery), or £4.95 for Next Day Delivery.
Orders over £45 qualify for FREE DELIVERY
Orders placed before 1pm are despatched on the same day, orders placed after 1pm will be sent out on the next working day. (Custom Frames and Custom Mounts may take a little longer, but we will try and despatch as soon as we can)
On the day of despatch you should get an email from us stating that your order has been despatched so you know it is on it's way to you.
Occasionally, mistakes do happen. Glass does get broken from time to time, if you can tell the parcel is damaged before you sign for it then please sign for it as damaged (this helps us with any claims we put in) and be sure to let us know as soon as you can and we will put it right. :)
If your order is a trade order, or for quite a large quantity we may have to make it to order, in which case delivery could be up to a week from when you ordered. If you need them in a hurry it is best to call us after you place the order, we will always do our best to help!
