We know the importance of choosing a good delivery company. It's taken us a few years to get it right but we're now using a combination of Royal Mail (for smaller, light frames) and Interlink Express.
Over the years we've struggled to send frames by post, but after lots of practice with various types of packaging and various couriers we're pretty confident we've got it nailed at last!
Once you have placed your order, we collate all the orders for the day and then the next morning we pick and pack all the orders we can. If we need to make the frame(s) the next morning then we always try and do so within the next busines day of the order being placed (over 99% of our orders are despatched the next business day after being ordered!)
Smaller orders are sent out with Royal Mail with the larger and heavier frames being handled by Interlink Express. On the day of despatch you should get an email from us stating that your order has been despatched so you know it is on it's way to you.
On the day of delivery, if your frames are being delivered by Interlink (all frame sizes 16x12 and above will always be with Interlink) then you should get an email or text notification from Interlink stating a one hour delivery window within which your parcel will be delivered. We love this 1 hour window alert, it's very convenient if you have to pop out at all and don't want to be waiting around all day for a delivery.
Occasionally, mistakes do happen. Glass does get broken from time to time, if you can tell the parcel is damaged before you sign for it then please sign for it as damaged (this helps us with any claims we put in) and be sure to let us know as soon as you can.
