30 Day No Quibble Returns Policy
For purchases made on our website:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and with their original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item.
If the goods are faulty, a refund or exchange will be offered. If a refund is required this will be issued to the original payment method that was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged.
For purchases made in store:
Any items purchased in our Cirencester retail shop from 1st November 2020 will be eligible to be returned within 30 days.
At Wall Space, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of products that are in new, unused and resalable condition within 14 days of the delivery date.
Custom-made frames: Please note that due to their custom nature, custom-made frames are not returnable. We strongly advise our customers to carefully review their order and ensure that the size, style, and finish of the custom frame are exactly what they want before placing the order.
Refunds: Refunds for returned products will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Process: To return a product, please contact our customer service team at customer.service@wallspace.co.uk to obtain a return authorisation. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your product.
This policy is in compliance with the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.
